SHAMBHALA
THE SACRED FOREST
Originally, Shambhala was a city of diverse tribes who believed in the sacrifice of Eve, who journeyed to the place once home to Adam and Hers. However, uniting groups from different directions was not easy. They had to establish new rules and social structures, pledging to abandon any past conflicts and divisions outside. The 'Four Great Clans,' elites from various cities, oversaw these regulations in their respective domains.
However, the entity known as the 'Guardians' originated before the formation of the Four Great Clans. As a result, each clan's enforcement of rules fell under the guardianship of their respective territories, not to protect humans' abuse of power, but to prevent them from using power beyond limits that could endanger the forest.
Shambhala is divided into layers resembling the rings of a tree. The outermost layer is a community area where humans can freely travel. Moving inward, there is a controlled area, the residence of the Guardians. The third layer is a reserved forest area, an outer layer of the Great Tree. The innermost layer is the central axis of the Great Tree, accessible only in emergencies.
